When angry, sad, or just at your personal breaking point?
I think most of us can agree good music is an all around calming medium.
For me, something weird that calms me, is cleaning... Sometimes... When I just can't take anymore, randomly cleaning up a mess, doing dishes, laundry, fixing my bed, anything cleaning tends to make me feel better...

I agree with he music; however, I cant truly say I have a way to calm down.
I tend to get angry to the breaking point and then the anger will be gone. I feel some regret afterwords, but I am fine a few minutes later.
When it comes to sadness, I tend to listen to sad or inspirational music. picks me right up.

Music always works, also sleep, weed and some food like if its really good, ill just forget bout everything and enjoy the deliciousness.

I agree with Chulba about cleaning. When I'm stuck at the house.. that's how I channel whatever it is stuck inside and needs letting out. I avoid exploding in front of anyone. If I'm really nearing the breaking point, I listen to music.. better yet, I go to the gym and workout while listening to my playlists there.
