Here i just wanted to give you a chance to throw out some video game characters that you find the most interesting, have connected with or just plain fallen in love. Doesn't matter how many or what game. They could be evil or good, small role or the main protagonist.
You can give a detailed description of them, or copy it from a wiki, or even just say "YO DIS DOOD IS DA SHIZ!!'"
Its up to you.
Here is my first and favorite game character to date.
Thane Krios
"Killing is an art"
Thane Krios is a Drell assassin working mostly in the Terminus systems during the events of the Mass Effect series. Unlike most assassins, who prefer to snipe their targets from a distance, Thane prefers to get up close and kill his target personally, utilizing a mixture of stealth, firearms, hand-to-hand combat and biotic abilities.
Thane is a cold, calculative, and efficient assassin. He is feared and respected as the most notorious assassin in the known galaxy. And rumored to have never failed on an assignment.
“Time for me is short, Siha, but any I have is yours to take.”
Despite all this, Thane is a spiritual, loving father and husband. The Hannar honorably released him from his Compact so he can start his own family. Soon after he fell in love with Irikah, a female Drell, and they birthed a single child. Kolyat Krios.
He loved them second to none. But his line of work had made him unfit to raise a family. Keeping his work and his life separate for as long as he could, Thane slowly drifted away from his son, and his understanding wife. Though his work had made him enemies...
Irikah Krios was murdered by a gang trying to corner Thane. This lead to a ruthless manslaughter as Thane hunted them down without mercy. But during the time of great tragedy, Kolyat disowned his father and left to start a life of his own.
During Mass Effect 2, Shepard recruits Thane on the mission to fight the Collecters. Later learning that he is dying of Keperal Syndrom, an infamous condition common to Drell. Their version of a human Hemoglobin. Despite this, Thane agrees to help Shepard and redeem his actions in life. And to make up for lost ages without his family.
During my time with Thane i absolutely became attached to him. And always had him on my team. I was nervous of his sickness killing him at some point in the game. And i had no idea of what was going to happen to him in Mass Effect 3. And ill never forget it.
