Six days ladies and gents, until the reboot of BioShock hits stores! Personally, when I first heard about/saw a quick teaser for the game, I was kinda like eeeehhh about it being in the sky, but really, you can only re-roam Rapture so many times before that tune get's played out. We played as Jack, we played as a Big Daddy, it's time for something new.
So once I got over that fairly quickly, my interest peaked pretty quickly, it's odd that Big Daddies are technically gone, but yet they're really just replaced by the Songbird... What I'm wondering at this point, is will there be multiple Songbirds, or will this game pull an RE3, and just have one hunting you at scripted points in the game?
And people tend to disagree with this, but I like that your main character talks now. Sure, when you play a video game, and you don't talk, typically it makes you think YOU are the character, but just because they talk, doesn't mean you can relate any less. Elizabeth is also looking like a great character, she's an innocent young woman, that has been guarded in captivity by the Songbird since she was young, and you've been sent to break her out, and take her back to an unknown source, for unknown purposes... Oh yeah, and she can also cause rifts in time and shit. No big deal.
AND, the game is taking a common theme from days gone past, when propaganda was the main motivator for the public, and put their own, AMAZINGLY creative spin/parody of it. And I know that this is back in Infinite just from this trailer alone.
So yeah... 'MURICA! Who's excited, and what edition/platform are you getting the game on guys?
